I was surprised to see Ron Cyrus on the "Died Today" listings on today's Paid To Click.  I knew and worked with Ron many, many years ago when I was working with an engineering firm and he was a a state representative.  I worked with him on new developments coming into Greenup Co., KY.  I knew Billy Ray, also.  I really liked Ron but didn't care a lot for Billy Ray.  He was too cocky and stuck on himself.

Based on your write up I assume he was the grandfather for Miley Cyrus?  She seems to have gone off the deep end
