Annoying people at work

My daughter is a franchise owner of a convenience store.  Sometimes I help her out and work for her.  A lot of the people who come in are the same way.  I think everyone should have to work with the public at least one time and maybe they would act better.

I doubt it. Most people do not see THEIR behavior as bad or think they are justified.

I actually like most of the people I work with. however, people tend to gossip a lot and chat too much. I usually put headphones in - most are good about respecting me wanting to be left alone, but others just keep trying to talk to me anyway...

retired now but there were always several people that were really annoying.  i just ignored them as much as I could and worked with the fun the people

It's not so much that they're rude, it's just that they don't want to do their job and work as a team, which can be very frustrating.
