DQ Pennies
« on: December 18, 2018, 12:03:25 pm »
So if I attempt a survey and get disqualified with the screen that tells me I did not qualify, but instead offers to send me directly to another survey - if I click the link to that new survey rather than decline the direct offered link, do I still get the disqualification penny for the one that I attempted?

Hopefully I am making sense in my question.  I never really bothered to check this out, but have often wondered.

I know what you mean.  I would say 'no,' because the survey provider is redirecting in an attempt to connect you with a survey for which you do qualify.  So, given that, you would not be gathering DQ pennies along the way when you are redirected several times.  Global Test Market comes to mind.

Earlier today I was in a Tap survey that looped me around so much that when I landed on one I could complete I couldn't remember what the advertised payment was.  Anyway, I was happy with the 34¢ after completing it (and I found I had made a note of the amount after all -- it's a habit I started in order to stay on track with follow-up surveys).

I have noticed Opinionetwork often offers another survey for you to attempt.  Here is where it's fuzzy because I find that if it's the 75¢ Advertising Survey (8 minutes) I never get the DQ penny -- no matter what survey Opinionetwork rolls up that I complete next.  I've recently noticed the same is happening with the 75¢ New Survey.

It has been months since I have gotten the disqualification penny from the OpinionNetwork/FusionCash surveys. It tries to loop me into another survey and neither one will give me the disqualification bonus (even though the page says it will). Anymore, unless the survey is really short or the reward is worth taking a chance, I don't even bother with these. I can complete different offers in that time.

No, you only get DQ on the last survey you complete not on the string before.

So my practice has usually been to always say "NO" when I get DQ'd and they try to route me to an alternate survey, then I just pick again from the main FC list of surveys. It sounds like that is probably the better option - whether I get penny credits or not.

Maybe, sometime we do complete a survey in the middle of a string and get paid whatever that survey is paying , usually 10 to 50 cents, that's better than a DQ penny. You just have to pick what works best for you.
