Sick

My place is really dry so i have a cough, and ive had leg cramps for 3 days.

Best wishes on your road to recovery! Being sick is the worst no matter when it happens and I do not believe there is any way to avoid it. Some people believe that flu shots are the answer but I do not get flu shots and have been sick less than those that have gotten the shot. I wash my hands a lot, steer clear of people that are obviously sick, and am not exposed to the general public more than once per week. It has been eleven months since I was last sick. Minimal sniffles, coughs, headaches. Sometimes I think that I am too busy to get sick. Working two and a half jobs appears to ward off the sick bugs. Once a month, or so, I do need to crash for twelve hours. Seems to be a prerequisite of getting old! I hope you get rested up, beat the bug and get back to a healthy life.
