temperature........yeah temperature is bullshit!!!!
why do we have to have it? think about how often it controls our lives. for example, food and beverages. theres stuff u got to keep cold and stuff u got to heat up. isnt it a pain in the *bleep* to us a microwave to heat up last nights dinner? u punch in some number and then u wait and then its like "damn its still fuckn cold" but there could still be a part in the same meal thats so hot it burns ur fuckn mouth!!  oh and of course theres the weather dont even get me started . right now it just got fuckn cold, yeah its fuckn cold, but then in a few months its going to be to hot, then its going to be to cold again. to hot to cold to hot for the rest of our lives!!! u dress for the heat u dress for the cold. it controls ur damn life. some animals cant even survive in the heat and somecant survive in the cold. well how about we have just one neutral temperature that satisfys every creature on earth.......man!!!! *bleep* the winter, *bleep* the summer, *bleep* being hot, *bleep* being cold, i dont like it!!!! if i could talk to nature i'd say "you know i like what u done, space thats fine, time thats fine, temperature thats BULLSHIT!!!!!!!!

I'm sorry to read that you are so unhappy and angry with temperatures.  It is a part of every day life.  If you can, try to to take little things that make you very upset in your stride.  Unhappiness and anger can really add extra stress to your body and it is not good for you at all.  I find I feel so much better if I do not let little things get under my skin. I am not trying to lecture at all, but I hope this helps make you feel better.
