I do not buy in to the being politically correct.  It is what it is.  Just because the "world" says something is okay or right does not mean it is.

I think people are confusing politeness with political correctness. With some people it's getting to where you can't state what was recently accepted as an obvious objective truth without getting torn to pieces. And yet, I notice if one of these PC people says something that offends you, well that's just too bad...

Just because "society" accepts something doesn't mean it is right.  Male is male.  Female is female.  I refuse to use gender neutral pronouns because some idiot is confused as to what gender they are.  And if THAT offends you - TOO BAD!
