Revocation of survey
« on: May 12, 2018, 02:50:57 am »
I cannot say for sure, but I am PRETTY sure this is the one where I got a product sent to me to try at home.

I tried the product, kept waiting for the second survey which never arrived. I called them, left a voice mail, yet they never returned my call.

If it is, I am really ticked. I have not had a revoked payment in some time, but if the problem is on the advertiser's end, that is UNFAIR.

Venting, and done . . .

That is totally unfair.  I am sorry for you, and hope you get some resolution.

Sorry to hear about your ordeal.  Wasn't this the same test product I think we both got in March (shower oil {essential oils} to test for a week, then send back unused portion in prepaid envelope)?  I remember posting about this in Offers (Re: In Home Product Test...) in April.  The qualifying survey paid $1.10; the follow-up survey paid a $5.00 Tango card.  I got my follow-up survey in my email April 3 from Quest Mindshare containing a link to use for the survey.  I completed and submitted the follow-up.  As promised, I received the Tango card payment in my email April 26.

If this is the test product you mention, could you have missed seeing the follow-up email (sender:  Quest Mindshare), or, it went to spam?  Quest Mindshare sent form-style emails to the email you submitted in the original survey.  I received a final "Thank you" in May.  Maybe knowing these details could help you in communicating with them?  I almost missed the email myself.

I've had surveys like this and haven't gotten the second e-mail or missed it and still been credited most times

seesawing:

Yes! That was it. I kept checking for that e-mail. I had another product survey, and that e-mail was easy to spot because it was clear in the subject line.

I did call these people though and left a detailed message, but never received a call back. They had only voicemail set up.

I guess that was not the rejected survey after all.

So, NOW, I assume I will get a rejection of $1.10 one day soon. I will let you know if I do.

It's the first time that I have done a product test and had a problem. I also do not recall anything about a Tango card. But I do not think I clicked on your link to the survey; I think it just came up naturally in my surveys.

Next time when I do one of these, I am writing down all the details so there is no confusion.

When you do so many surveys, your inboxes get so full from all the extraneous crap that you inadvertently get signed up for, that you forget.

Thanks seesawing.

By the way, I did not care for that oil. What about you?

I have never had a product survey revoked and I do usually get the second survey after I have tried the product, but I haven't had a product survey in a long time.

This is the first time I have not gotten a second survey, even after calling them.

That's too bad. I've been revoked for surveys many times in the past. Hope you get things resolved soon.

happened to me once or twice, definitely not a good feeling when it's your cashout and it was one of those longer and more intensive surveys
