I think Winter has truly gone....

I would like to agree with you but we still get snow storms in May (I live in Colorado). Snow, to me, kind of defines winter. We have temperatures in the seventies this weekend but have seen snow for the last three Thursdays. Wind storms have been pretty ferocious as well. I love snow but am ready for the warmth of summer. Colorado averages of over three hundred and twenty days of sunshine per year which correlates to a lower percentage of depression in our population. I moved here, From Wisconsin, about twenty five years ago and dread every time I have to go back. I seem to recall that we were lucky if we saw the sun more than thirty times between September first and May thirtieth and than weather would change to a wall of seething humidity with bugs.

Our weather has been crazy this year.  We bought vegetable plants and flowers after Easter thinking spring was here.  Wrong!!  Been having 40-50 at night and 50-60 days with a terrible wind.  Warmer today so maybe our luck will change.

Our weather is weird just like Portland. It was in the low 80's the other day. Now it's low 50's..  30 degrees? Come on!!!

Yes, winter is truly gone, but Spring is almost gone already too, it looks like. Every year it seems like we are going directly from Winter to Summer faster and faster.

i am so glad...it's finally warm and my flowers and trees re starting to grow and bloom..
