do you cook with Honey?

I use it to make sweets and drinks but that's about all I use it for.

I drink Ginseng and honey tea,honey type cereals but hate pure honey.

Several years ago I had stumbled across a magazine article that compared 1 cake recipe by substituting sugar with other sweeteners.  Stevia, Apriva, Splenda etc... Honey was included in the testing.  I remember the cake didn't have as much fluff as with regular sugar - and it hadn't baked as evenly either.  So because of the cost I never tried - we've used it for biscuits, sweetening tea, making sauces but other than that not much.

I make part of my BQ Sauce out of honey and other stuff in which I can not tell you. That's if you want the stokemans secret? I have won Rib Burn offs in my day.
