I have been doing this survey everyday for the past 4 days and for some reason I don't get my cash. I enter the same email everytime. Could that be the problem? Please help

I enter the same email address everytime and I get credit. But I also clear my cookies between doing the surveys. Have you tried a different browser? That may help.
