Yes I recycle.  I have a special container set up in my house for all recyclable items, so it makes it easy to recycle.

Done it for years.  Not to the California standards, but we at least recycle cans, plastics, and cardboards.

My father worked in a computer company, where they would use tons of papers for their daily activities.  They had tons of empty paper boxes that they would throw away, so my father would grab a few boxes every now and then and we would use them to store things in my house.  I've grown so accustomed to having those boxes around that I'm starting to do that myself with Amazon boxes.  I bought some pantry prime stuff, and then box is this heavy duty cardboard and I have it sitting in my room just in case I need it cause it's such a nice box.

We have been recycling at our house for years.  When we get a big load, my husband takes it to the recycle bin.  One of my favorite ways to recycle is using the vegetable and fruit scraps for compost.  It's so easy to do and so good for the garden once that recycled collection is turned into rich soil.

We try to recycle but our trash company doesn't offer the service and the local grocery store doesn't collect anything anymore like they used to.
