confusion

I was reading a letter that was a long one.
The letter explained something.
As I started to read, things were clear.
The further I read, the more confusing it sounded.
By the time I finished, I was confused again.
my neighbor just skimmed the letter and came to the wrong conclusion.

I hate when that happens. When letters are long and boring I tend to lose focus, but if you try to skim through it important points can be missed.
