So Mayim was Blossom, that's pretty cool. I vaguely remember the show.  Now that my curiosity is aroused, I must visit youtube to check out Blossom.

I love that show.  Think I read something about that awhile back.  She definitely does sound like she understands what she's talking about on the show.

I used to watch Blossom.  She also played young CeeCee Bloom in "Beaches" (Bette Midler played adult CeeCee)

I just watched "Beaches" last night. You're right! Mayim was fantastic in that movie.

I remembered her from blossom. I like her on the big bang theory. She is very conservative the way that she dresses and I am glad they made her character that way also on the big bang theory.

Love the TBBT! When the Sheldon character got a new gf I had to check out the actress was. Surprise she was the blossom actress & even more surprise that she's highly educated in the hard science's! I wish the media would expose female celebrities with high intelligence more than showing models with zero brain & more plastic every where else! LOL! In the show boy meets world, the love interest girl looked like some dumb bimbo but after she left the show she went to college & became a mathematician! If young girls knew how these female actresses turn out, we'd have more females going into the male dominated careers!

Yes, she is a smart cookie! Even when she played in my favorite 90's show Blossom, I knew she was different and smart. Anyone looked smart next to her brother actor "Joey" ..lol. Joey Lawerence played her brother on the show. But yes, she is a smarty pants.

I think that The Big Bang Theory's a good show to watch, very funny cast and show!  When Blossom was on television I used to watch this too!

never watched the big bang theory or blossom.  Never enjoyed them.  but she is a good actress.
