It's easy to make myself happy.  I eat a piece of chocolate and I'm there.  I love buying gifts for my family and always excited when they get good news.  Listening to my favorite song always puts me in a good mood and I always have what I need.  If there is something I want, I save until I can afford it.

My husband and two boys are what make me happy! To tell the truth, I've never been as happy as I am right now at 55 years of age. I made so many dumb decisions when I was younger that made me feel miserable and worthless. So I'm much happier now with my family!

I'm not married any more, so he don't count as being someone who makes me happy, but my daughter makes me happy, she means the world to me and then some, I was Blessed to have her, I Thank God for blessing me with her.

What makes me  happy  is I think of a  Happy place I've been, places I plan to go to, a simple laugh from a friend, good food, and that today has been a good day!

I think most people probably don't have everything in life, it's not designed that way-- but I do have people that love and care about me, a comfortable place to live, things that make me laugh, and I'm the type of person to find joy in small everyday things (that's always good to boost happiness!). So I'm generally pretty happy.  I would like more money, my mom to be sober, to live in my own apartment, etc. But it doesn't really take a lot to make me happy.
