Referral not crediting

Hi, New to the site. I signed up one of my coworkers, she signed up confirmed and is earning points but her referral info is not showing up under my account. How can this get corrected?  I appreciate any guidance

Maybe you should ask your coworker if she actually clicked on your referral link when she signed up.

Yes, she did. I helped her get signed up and explained a little bit about the site. She got her $5.00 sign up bonus as well so I know she's validated her account.
