Having a cool environment makes it much easier to sleep. The body temperate controls a lot of the sleep

The trouble with sleep is, I sometimes have to do handstand's to sleep  ;D . Propping pillows up sometimes don't help, laying on the floor seems to not work! UGH the struggles!!!

I've noted others on this thread saying they sleep with fan, I do as well. It must be the whole "white noise" thing.

I have to have a fan or some kind of sound such as rain playing very quietly. Ideally it would be cold, but my bedroom is the room in the house where the a/c doesn't work too well so for most of the year I have to settle for sleeping at about 80 degrees.

Being old is not the same anymore. No matter how deep a sleep a get into, My body will wake me up to go to the bathroom. I am tired of the bathroom visits like 3 or 4 times in the middle of the night. Time for some diapers or a catheter.

My ideal sleeping conditions start with getting to bed by eleven. I know it will be a bad night if that doesn't happen. Then I have to have a nice dark room with my fan on. I sleep with the fan even in winter.

OMG I do the same thing, but my TV on a timer, lower the volume and put it on a show that I like until I fall asleep. Good night.
