Over.  It is easier to get it off the roll if it is over.

never really mattered to me...but hubby kept changing it...so i guess overs stays over now...done got in the habit

I actually like it over the top. in the way the bathroom is set up, It makes more sense. If I see it the other way, I change it

Honks?? I don't believe I have ever honked when I blew my nose. And I don't believe I've ever counted how many times it takes to complete the nose blowing process. I just persevere until the end.

And I don't check to see what's come out as some do.  What are they checking in there?

The roll should go over not under, it's the way Grandma Joyce said was correct and that settles it.
