some kind of ice cream !!!!     usually have some kind several evenings during the week.  We all love ice cream

Right now it happens to be Klondike ice cream sandwiches made with Mrs. Fields chocolate chip cookies.  I headed to the grocery store on National Ice Cream Sandwich Day last week inspired by the national food day to see what was available.  Great excuse, huh?  On sale, too!  I really like this particular ice cream treat because the chocolate chip cookies get soft and chewy.
