I've heard of it before and it said the egg yolks are centered but it's easier to boil eggs for me.

I've seen the instructions for doing that on Pinterest, but it really doesn't take that much effort to boil eggs.

That is a really good idea, might actually get some use out of my cupcake/muffin pan afterall!  Thanks for the post

I think this idea to bake eggs in a muffin pan sounds kind of cool.  Boiling isn't that hard, but sometimes the shells crack when you boil a bigger amount at the same time.  Having each egg in its own area should prevent that.
