I used to love getting all the back to school stuff when I was a kid. Now, I still enjoy doing the shopping with my little one.

I am so glad that I don't have to do that anymore. I never liked school. I am so glad those days are over.

They've got some really good back to school sales going on right now....  I got an ad for Staples today that had a coupon which will give you a rebate to get a ream of paper for 49 cents & a box of multiple reams for $2.00.   Love the sales

My kids are fully grown and out of high school, college and graduate school. Thank heavens! I used to enjoy shopping for back to school supplies for them but I doubt I would enjoy it much now, with the prices being ever so much higher than when I was actually shopping for them.

When I was in school, I ALWAYS loved "back to school shopping" waaay more than actually going back to school.     I still get to do "back to school shopping", it's the BEST time to get the best prices & selection on the office supplies I need for work & for my home office.

I also enjoyed doing some school shopping for some kids this year thanks to Dollar Tree (in my area, not sure if ALL their stores are doing this) who is taking donations of new school supplies (bought from them) for kids in need.

My kids started back to school on August 3rd. I spent close to $400.00 on 2 kids for clothes and supplies.

I do it year round.   When I see a good sale.  I also do secret  shopping, so I have to get something inexpensive, so I will get school supplies.  I have several relatives who are teachers and are always thrilled to get the supplies that I have extra.  I get reimbursed, so it is a free donation.
