"Opinion Central"-URL is Broken

I am not sure if this is just me, but I keep getting an error message (URL or Page Not Found) when attempting to get into "Opinion Central."

I am also having a problem getting in, although not the one you mention. I can't get in using my email and password as requested, even if I reset the password and try again.

I have been consistently able to complete and be credited with Opinion Central for the last few weeks.  Of course glitches do happen from time to time.  I've experienced issues myself.

All I can suggest is give it another try later or the next day.  Many times the problems have been resolved in a short time.
