Wow, where do you live that your veggies are already coming in?    I'm sorry you're going through what you're going through but I"m sure being outside among the flowers and trees does a lot to uplift your mood.   As far as trees are concerned, I planted a Crepe Myrtle a couple of years ago and am enjoying it more than I thought I would.  The flowers on it are amazing and plentiful.   It's also a very fast growing tree.   I"m going to get another one this year.

I wish you the best of luck with your health issues.

Really   :) :)  I'd like to know also where a person could be so lucky to have their garden going strong !!  I'd like to move there, we still have frozen ground and snow, and can't plant till may!!

My garden is coming up already too.  :)  Love it!!!  Swiss Chard,  Lettuce,  Spinach,  Green Beans,  Artichokes, Brussels Sprouts, and many herbs.

No veggies in my garden till mid-late May.

Still close to freezing, so I am still working on my major plan for what to grow where.

I wish I had the green thumb to even start a garden for vegetables.

I live in the Southern California area, we have lots of things already coming up.  Tomatoes, several different kinds of squash, some peas and beans. Some of the things we plant at different times so that we keep getting tomatoes and lettuce and squash.  That last few days have been gorgeous for working in the yard but it is raining today.  The plants love the rain.  We have had so much rain lately that we have barely had to water. :rose: :rose: :rose: :pumpkin: :pumpkin:

I'm glad your garden is going well! Gardening really can lift your spirits and help you relax.
I've got my squash seeds starting to come up here.

Hard to believe it is spring already. For the first time ever, i don't have a strong drive to garden. Hope to get my "inner perky gardener" soon.

I wish I had a garden. I always try to plant seeds but we always get a bad rainstorm that kills them off. This year I was planning on getting some bigger plants and just keeping them going instead of the seeds again.

I can't wait for the weather to stay nice long enough to get back into the yard.  That is where I get my best exercise.
Have a wonderful day!
