Tasks not working

Tasks have not been working for me since Feb. 28th 2017. CrowdFlower says I must have a facebook account to access CrowdFlower tasks, which I am already logged in under my facebook account. I even logged out and back in and still nothing. You can't even request help or put a ticket in from the website. Is anyone else having these issues? I have also tried other browsers. IE and Chrome are my main 2 and it definitely is not the browser. Admins, help! Thanks for your time! :)

Crowdflower has their own support and Fusioncash really couldn't do anything to help you.

Have you tried going directly to the crowdflower site?

I haven't had any problems with tasks.  (quickly knocking on wood).    I've never had to contact support on Crowdflower so I don't know how they would respond.   It does seem to be an issue for you since you've used various browsers.   I also log in with my facebook page and did notice one time that my husband had been on my computer with his facebook page and when I tried to work on tasks and I had to log in I couldn't because my husband's facebook was the last one on the computer.   It took me a few minutes to figure it out but one I logged out my husband and logged into my facebook everything was fine.

Thank you for the link. I know they have their own support center but that is the problem, it wants me to log in and it won't let me. It says I need to have a facebook account and I am always logged in and never had a problem before so why now? I tried from multiple computers so I know it's not on my end. Can someone request support for me on crowdflower? Thanks for any help and suggestions.

Did you try logging out then clearing your cache and cookies then logging back in

Yes I have tried that. I have been on multiple computers and it's the same thing.  :confused1:
