ripening fruit
« on: December 20, 2016, 08:53:52 am »
with some fruit, it is a challenge to know when the fruit is ripe.
I have had an avocado that was not ripe yet and one that was too ripe...guacamole dip right?
a banana tastes so dry when it isn't ripe.
the fruits with skin on them can start out hard and soften over time.
you have to be sure they don't get too soft.

I find it pretty easy to tell when the fruit is ripe; you just have to know what to look for.....
