Are you cooking a new years breakfast? I am thinking about cooking grits, sausage, bacon
and toast.

I hadn't thought about doing anything special for New Years breakfast, the holidays have me worn out.  So far this morning breakfast has been coffee (black) and might have a hard-boiled egg later if I get hungry.

I just put a breakfast casserole in the oven for later.

Same as always. Oatmeal with nuts and fruit.

Good for me because now I have to start REALLY thinking heart healthy.

Sounds good.  Ditto with the healthy part and staying motivated.  I fixed a yogurt fruit, veggie smoothie.
