What a tremendous accomplishment! Good for you! I have tried many times to lose that much weight and have not succeeded. You really have to stick to a diet for a really long time to get results like that! And to keep it off too.

I had worked hard to get some weight off. I had changed some meds and put some on. My family doctor changed one med and and its coming back off. Thank god. I wish you the best of lluck.
