Stadiums
« on: October 10, 2016, 04:58:49 pm »
My son and I have been trying to get to a new football stadium every year. This past weekend we went to Pittsburgh. The stadium was right on the river and we were able to walk from down town. Anyone else have any good stadiums to attend?

Soldier Field in Chicago is awesome and it right on the lakefront.  But if you are looking for a baseball stadium Wrigley Field is great and the neighborhood has so restaurants and bars to visit.

Minnesota's Vikings just moved into their new stadium this year. Even on Monday Night Football a couple weeks ago, the national announcers mentioned that it is 2nd to none...

I think it would be cool to see a football game in an enclosed stadium like Minnesota or Dallas (although the roof could be open in dallas.

The only football stadium that I ever went too was Lincoln Field in Philly. I saw Guns N Roses there over the summer. Real nice place if you ask me.

I had a son who played MLB, so we visited a lot of different fields, it is funny how different they all are.  Detroit and Philadelphia both have great fields to visit.   Loved Mile High Stadium in Denver. LA is getting a new luxury field for the Rams, as is Oakland.i

We were able to attend Lincoln field a couple of years ago. We have visited 5 stadiums so far.
