Headaches and migraine problems? Remove sources of stress, lower your salt intake because many foods have too much salt, keep your head warm (wear a beanie hat, a scarf or other warm headwear). Check your blood pressure regularly. Take other reasonable personal measures.

I always thought a migraine without the headache is called vertigo.  Other than that, this is new to me, too.
Have a great day!

Hi everyone -- my husband just spent 3 days in the hospital after having dizzy spells and nausea on Sunday.  The best the neurologist could tell me is that he thinks he is having migraines without the headache.  I've never heard of that.  Has anyone?

Uh no.  Since a migraine is a bad headache. lol.  Sounds like ole doc may have been a little tipsy.  I would talk to some one else.  Dizzy spells and nausea sounds like inner ear issues to me.

I've never heard of that. I get migraines, does that mean that a migraine just happened all of a sudden without a headache at all to begin with? If so, then yes I've had that happen to me.
