Account Notifications
« on: December 01, 2016, 05:57:02 am »
Have you ever received notice about your account that a surveyor has decided to renege on your incentive?  Well, right in the middle of trying to earn more pennies on this site, I received about my sixth one out of two years on Fusion.  What is funny is not only watching your account suddenly go backwards, but that no other site where I've participated has done such a thing!
Why is that ability enabled on Fusion?  What kind of agreement did Fusion make?  I know that now and then people try fraudulent things on these sites, but a reputable participant who has been on a site for a lengthy period should not have such things done.  Those who do should have their entire account disabled.  But those who provide honest effort and time should not.  Just because you completed a survey in a shorter time than average or they didn't receive the responses they wanted is NO reason!

They did mistakenly revoke credit for a survey this morning.I received emails that it had been revoked then recredited within a hour. I don't know if it's the same survey you're referring to though.

I'm a member of other sites that don't even show credit for up to 6 weeks to make sure that the advertiser will be paying for it. I prefer seeing my credit show up instantly with the slight chance it would later be revoked than not even know how much you earned into everything credits much later

That has happened to me a few times.  I hate when it happens, but there is nothing we can really do.

Luckily I have not had that happen to me.  It could be that I don't qualify for many surveys.   Do they give you a reason for revoking the payment?   I do feel like it's only fair to tell a person why it was revoked.

Well, this is the first time I have had my credit re-instated for a survey that was discredited.  It happened about an hour ago.  I will say that Fusion sent me an email stating that a mistake had been made.
However, I have never used a site where my survey credit has taken more then an hour or so without an up front acknowledgement that a certain credit may take longer than usual!!!

I also received an email saying that one of my surveys has been revoked, but I also received another email that revoking my reward was a mistake and they re credited my reward. It was a fun survey for .30 cents.

Include me in this situation of a mistake made today revoking credit on the Fun Survey ($0.30) and then a re-credit to my account shortly afterward.  I'm glad to know I wasn't the only one.  I trust that it was an honest mistake, but am so glad to see it quickly rectified.  Have faith in you, FC.

I have received this kind of notification more than once. Anytime you see the word "notification" on the email, it is bad news.

I am on many sites and I have received "notifications about my account" with bad news once in a great while.

I have been with FC many years and until the past year or so, I only received notification that payment had been revoked about three times total but it has become more frequent in the last year or two. The  clients are getting fussier.

I had a payment of $2.70 revoked recently as the advertiser revoked it. Funny though, it was for a web board that I participated in AND was paid a $50 Amazon card for doing. I explained all this in the support ticket and FC gave me $1.80 bonus for actually doing the survey and web board. They apologized for the advertiser.
FC is my favorite survey site. I've only been here a few months but they truly value us.

I am so glad to hear that Fusion did this for you because my experiences with issues similar are not usually so positive.  I am hoping that Fusion takes a more proactive and creative approach to their website over this next year.  I like Fusion myself.

This has unfortunately happened to me MANY times... such crap, and it takes them months usually to revoke. No way to really remember the surveys, but they are so hard to qualify for and are so time consuming.

I have done two surveys this week that told me I have completed and will receive credit and... NOTHING. FC is quickly becoming the worst GPT site I belong to. Which is sad, I have earned more money here over the years than  anywhere else. But it's become really bad lately.

I have had surveys that have been revoked.  I have never had surveys that were accidently revoked and then applied to my account again.
