I am a new member...less than 10 minutes old actually. Shortly after signing up I noticed my balance was $7.24 (which I though was odd as I was supposed to only receive $5.00), but when I went to MY ACCOUNT, I noticed my new balance is $0.00.

Did you complete any offers? If not, then probably it was just a momentary glitch.

Look at your account page. It would say what all the credits were for and how much.
