Live Sample Issues

I've had issues with Live Sample for a couple months now. At first it was there are no surveys. Ok maybe things are slow. Then in the last week it says we can't verify your identity. So, contact customer service, wait two days for a response. They tell me I need to send them my address and so on to verify my identity. I send it, wait and hear nothing. I send another ticket with the same information and today received the reply that they can't let me take surveys because they can't verify my identity in their system and thank you for my interest in their service. I don't think they even read the tickets correctly in the first place. I was told all they needed was my address to verify, not impressed with customer service at all. I think something funny is going on. :confused1:

That is strange.  A few of us here have had that problem, but once I sent in my ticket, they corrected the problems and I've had none since then.  Did you tell them that you are trying to enter their surveys through Fusion Cash?

No, I think I'll have to try again. I'm pretty sure that was one thing I left out. Oh well, hopefully they'll fix it and if not there's still plenty here for me to do. I love Fusion Cash! :in-love:

I contacted them. It took them about a month for a response but I never had to send them any information. They just responded that they were sorry and I was now unblocked

I have not done this survey in quite some time. maybe I should drop a support ticket because I always get the same message about not qualifying for surveys. they used to be a great everyday survey

They came back for me yesterday after I went to try and view the videos. I thought, here we go again!! ::)

With live sample I found out that I had to login using my hotmail address even though I use a gmail address for Fusioncash. I had assumed I needed to use the same one for both but apparently not. I have been able to get a few surveys with Live sample again using my hotmail. It's just strange and customer service just blew me off and never tried to fix anything. Now the my surveys guys have an account issue with me so I'm blocked from their surveys. I have a support ticket in so we'll see. The wait time on their support tickets can be up to 8 days. This is a royal pain.  >:(
