What is your favorite crock pot recipe?

Most offten I do a pork and a beef roast together, with onions, then cook till it starts to fall apart, 1 hour before add carrots, mushrooms and potatoes. And it makes the best gravy EVER!!!

I also do Chili alot in the Winter

Other then that I really dont cook much with a crockpot, just because I wont leave one plugged in all day, makes me nervous

I guess that would be crock pot pulled pork.  Haven't made it in a long time but I just throw a boston butt pork roast in the crockpot and cook til its easy to shred with a fork.  I pull it out and drain the juice from the crockpot and shred the meat with a fork.  I put it back in the pot, pour a bottle of bbq sauce over it and cook more until it is hot - then I put on buns with cole slaw and yum yum.

My all time favorite recipe is one from The Pioneer Woman. She takes some onion wedges and places them on the bottom of a slow cooker, she salts and peppers a pork butt/shoulder and places it on top, then she adds two cans of pop, a little bit of chipotle pepper, some sugar and a few herbs, and the most wonderful pulled pork is read in a few hours. She uses Dr Pepper but I use Diet Coke. She says you really can use any pop you like.
