There is one offer that is truly bugging me, and after researching it seems like it just doesn't belong here *no names*. What would be the correct way to channel support and bring this to administrative attention. Would a support ticket suffice? With my experience doing business with companies support has nothing to do with administrative issues and it's much better to *attempt* to get to the source.
Note: the offer in question I did in fact receive credit for, very swiftly, however, after doing my research. . .which I should have done before hand I think it wasn't a wise idea to do in the first place.
