Oh my, a favorite? Depends on what I am whipping up.

Faves are paprika, onion, garlic, parsley, celery, black pepper, basil, oregano.

Grow a bunch of those in my garden, and preserve them for the winter months.

Fun, fun.

I guess my favorite seasonings for cooking are salt and pepper, garlic powder and onion powder. I would never cook meat without adding these seasonings and depending on the dish, I will add more of one and less of another. One dish that I cook though using fresh salmon, tastes really nice using 2 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp chili powder, 1 tsp cumin and salt and pepper. I think these are similar ingredients to that of taco seasoning but when you add the sugar, it makes the dish really unique.

I use more garlic salt than any other seasoning. Salt would be next.

Slap your momma is hot & spicy. Funny I found it by chance at the local Harps grocery store.

I don't use seasoning that often, but I frequently add chia and flax seed to almost everything. A little Mrs Dash is good for tuna sandwiches as well.
