I smile lots... and when it's genuine I feel so much better.  Where I work we have mystery shoppers that come in...and there are times when I'm so focused on my task that a smile is the last thing on my mind.  But when I'm interacting with customers...smiling just comes natural.  Smiles really make days better.

I am always told that I smile way to much. Half the time I don't even realize that I am smiling. But like the quote says a smile can definitely bring joy to sometimes day. Keep smiling :)

It's very important to smile! It brightens the day of the people around you, makes you happier and genuinely makes the world a better place.
