each new day
« on: May 20, 2016, 07:31:03 am »
I find it helpful to write my thoughts down.
Usually, these thoughts involve asking someone a question, dealing with an issue or project, or something I might want to do for someone.
there might be some unfinished business from yesterday.

Every morning there are things that everyone should be doing.

Warming up. In an age where everyone sites in front of a device and has snacks filled with more and more calories, its no wonders i hear 20 year olds constantly crying about lower back problems. I spend a good 15-30 minutes in the morning warming up, specifically warming up my lower back. it creates strong support for my core, which is literally the core of your being and helps life become easier to handle in general.

Affirmations.Think about your priorities of the day. Here's an illustration for what I'm talking about
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0VNmIxkyHd8

Then tell yourself that you will be, responsible, strong, patient, smart, go getting, whatever you need to hear to get yourself going. Say it 10 times. Say it throughout your entire warm up. Remind yourself to get the big things done and earn what you deserve. I personally have insecurity issues regarding how other people see me, so i tell myself everyday, "no ones going to love you like yourself and your momma." if you don't have a great reltionship with your mom, scratch that last part lol

Do whatever you can to mentally wake up. Puzzles, meditation, sports. Whatever gets you hyped up for the day.

Every Penny Matters.

This is great!  I think it helps to make you more self aware and prepared for the day.  It's always good to be prepared for whatever may come your way.  :)

I have tried to write down my thoughts but that always seems to take too long.
