Customer service

This is correct, but I put them in check and then I make the choice to not do business with them again! Some places I wonder why the employees even made the decision to take a job interacting with the public. Good customer service, gets me back as a repeat customer.

When i worked in the retail business, and handled the customer service and catalog service , we were taught to treat the customers the same as if it were you the customers wanting service and heads would roll if you didn't.  even to this day i find it is the best way to treat people.
