I think resting time is the best remedy. I had a chest cold-bronchitis bordering on pneumonia for two weeks and di nothing but rest.  I could barely even do fusion cash...that is pretty sick! I have caught up on fusion cash, am almost caught up on my day time job and my night time job has been a little quiet. If I hadn't have been sick I could have taken off three days this week to do a training session for another big time night project. Alas, things happen for a reason. I will just get way ahead on my day time job so that I can jump on the next night time project with out a worry. I am also going to get a jump on fusion cash-try to get ahead on my May goals. People get sick for a reason...take the time to rest and get better.

I hope your family feel better.  Rest and lots of fluid is the key to fight a stomach bug.

when we have the stomach flu we try to not eat or drink for 12 hours and by then it usually has passed thru our system and we get on over it

Keep hydrated, take your meds, always wash hands before eating, don't share things that can help pass the virus/bacteria around.

For me going dry 24 hours nothing to drink or eat works pretty well but it might not work well for others. Drinking plenty of fluids would help. Um Even eating raw galic one cloth three times a day when you have stomach issues will help as well it kills the germs causing the stomach bugs its not tasty way to do it but it works
