I LOVE spinach!! In a salad, cooked with butter, on top of chicken alfredo sauce! YUM!

I love spinach. Especially Spinach dip or on my subs instead of lettuce. I want to eat more of it. It also makes good salads with mandarin oranges.

I probably don't eat it as much as I should, but I definitely do like Spinach. It's really wonderful in an omelette, and since it's naturally salty, I find myself adding a little less salt to foods when I use it, which can't hurt. It really is a wonder food.
