Reading through the first page of comments gives me the impression that I'm going to get a ton of blacklash for my comment lol. I am Pagan and very proud to call myself Pagan. No I don't do witchcraft... the thought of casting spells is just silly lol.. No I don't make human or animal sacrifices.. that's just cruel. But being Pagan allowes me to follow and worship multiple Gods or Goddess over a spectrum of religions. And I don't have to discount scientific fact because it goes against my religious beliefs. There is no official church for Pagans because the world around us is what you'd call the respective church.

You can be a lot worse Wendy.Just think ofter he proved beyond a doubt he was divine and Gods son they still challenged that and killed him.But ask yourself this question......did they kill him because they didnt believe he was Gods son or maybe because he was a threat to exposing their BS and they didnt stand fast in the truth!

And before you come back at me and say you dont support bible please remember the book has been around for 1000s of yrs, translated in 1000's of languages and in harmony with 40 different writers of it inspired by God.It is also a history book where you can check things such as in 70CE Jerusalem was destroyed by the Roman armies and backs up a prophecy Jesus gave.I am not going to go into more detail.See for yourself all the world powers it speaks of down to our day and that long before anything else shouted out the earth was round and hanging upon nothing.

I am glad you arent into sacrificing at least. Also i was wondering do you have children?

BTW i am sorry i omitted Jesus in the first part of this post...i am sure you knew what i meant tho.

Hi Wendy.  The only problem I have with your comment is the part about discounting scientific fact, by which I assume you meant evolution.  Even if you didn't mean that, just realize that scientific "fact" changes quite a bit.  And also realize that science and scientists are NOT immune from either prejudices or political or ideological pressure.  For 40 years the scientific community believed and told the world that Piltdown Man was the missing link between apes and humans.  Then the fossil was discovered to be a fake, and not a very good one at that.  How did a shoddy fraud manage to fool so many scientists?  Simple.  They NEEDED to believe it, in order to have definite proof of evolution.  So, the next time you see people discounting scientific fact to protect their religion, try questioning the supposed fact before you criticize or mock them.

Just following you up Dwana.....

Romans 1:20

English Standard Version
For his invisible attributes, namely, his eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly perceived, ever since the creation of the world, in the things that have been made. So they are without excuse.

I was born and raised Catholic. There was a time a few years ago where things were going horribly wrong for me, and I gave up on religion. I stopped going to Church, stopped praying, and stopped believing in God altogether. Then, things started turning around. I was given the strength to get through a divorce, the ability to go back home to my family, and the opportunity to meet the man I'm with now and begin a future with him. I started going back to Church the weekend of Easter, and I began to pray the rosary every night before bed. And while I can't say that I will always be going to Church every Sunday or that I will remember to pray my rosary every night, I can say that I am a proud believer in God and that I honestly believe he picked me up from my lowest point and raised me up again, and for that I will always be thankful!

I consider myself agnostic, I believe in a higher power, but I don't believe that power can be quantified by human understanding.

I guess its safe to say you dont support bible then because the bible says man is created in Gods image.Love, justice, power and wisdom.

Overall it truly amazes me how God is looked upon like some kind of alien. He has feelings as he has mentioned how HIS heart was hurt right before he brought the flood cos mankind was so wicked.

We know how much it means to us when others mention our name.Yet many are not willing to use Gods name. How do you love or get close to someone if you cannot even say their name?

I am a born-again Christian. Read the Bible and follow that. "Religion" has a LOT of man made rules that have nothing to do with following Christ. It's a total and complete surrender to Christ. The idea is before Christ I was....ME centered. After Christ.....it is CHRIST centered. (or should be;)

Glad you found faith again, froggy!
