Another option if the weather bothers you, is go to WalMart and do a few laps around inside.

Yes I like to do a combination of walking and jogging about 10 miles a week. It keeps me in good health plus I really enjoy it. I have also taken a hiking vacation - one in which I went hiking every day for a week and really enjoyed that very much too.

Just got back from a lovely walk at our nearby state park. It was breezy, but sunny and beautiful.

When I got back I laid down on my recliner and went out like a light for an hour. What a great way to enjoy the beginning of the day!

I walk a lot whenever my great-nephew who's 8 is over.  He's a total outdoor boy and loves to have someone out there with him to look at things.  We go walking through the fields behind our house a lot looking for deer hoof prints and the like.
