I like Chinese food buffets alot.  We have a hometown buffet and it's ok...there are better like golden coral.

I eat at buffets once in a while but some do not have the most fresh and hot food.  However, my largest problem is if I see people not being sanitary, whether the customers or the employees.  Most often it is the customer who is letting a child be unsupervised.  I also don't like messy.  The employees need to be sure to clean up often and re-stock with fresh product.
