Allergies really are no bueno I'm not looking forward to mine kicking up i hope it doesn't for a while but when it happens it happens gotta deal with it

I also live in the south (Memphis Tn).   Pollen is really bad this time of year.  It causes me to sneeze and cough like I have a cold.  it has rained the last couple of days and that helps and also Benydryl.

yeah bad here, even if you are not allergic it can mess up your sinuses breathing it in

I'm live down south, about 75 miles from the Gulf of Mexico and the pollen is so bad here that my black Pathfinder looked like someone painted it green. Also, my husband and I are sick and I know exactly why. POLLEN !!

I heard that if you're allergic to pollen and you eat a teaspoon of local honey a day, it'll help build tolerance to pollen.  I can't be sure, though, since I'm not allergic to pollen and haven't tested this.

It's so bad lately. I barely have energy because of it and feel so sick.
