No matter what diet you go on, I hope you see a doctor first and keep in touch with one. I did not eat beef of any kind for almost three years and got really anemic really bad. I had not gone on a diet but was working in a meat market. I had to quit as the smell of beef made me really sick as time went on and I just would not eat it. Nor cook it. So I made a big effort to eat red meat once in a while. Am still not a big fan but will eat sometimes. As for the fat on all meat except bacon ( which is almost burnt) I will not touch.
