JetBlue "Reach Across the Aisle" video
« on: February 25, 2016, 07:58:38 am »
I enjoyed watching the JetBlue "Reach Across the Aisle" video.

It was interesting to see 150 people on a plane be given the opportunity to work together to reach a Unanimous decision. The end result was 150 people received tickets to take a trip to Costa Rica.....I wish I had been on THAT plane!

The ONE thing they did that made the biggest difference, was they LISTENED to each other. If people online could do that, I bet we all could succeed more often.

I think of 150 of my random co-workers that can't even compromise on doing the simplest of tasks without alot of profanity, threats and sometimes a fight and wonder if that could REALLY happen among 150 total strangers???  :-X
