Trouble with Videos

The past few days I've been having a lot of trouble with the videos, specifically the Carousel type ones. No matter which browser I use, I can't get them to work. I click on the Start Video button, and the video page with the timer comes up for a couple seconds, then it reverts back to the Start page. I've tried everything, and they just won't work. Is anyone else having this trouble?

Yeah, sometimes they will start playing and if it stops part way and goes back to the start that means it isn't really available. Not sure why it starts playing though and doesn't finish.

I have the same problem with the carousel videos. I saw the other thread where someone said there are computer trojans from the videos, so maybe that has something to do with it and they're trying to fix the videos hopefully.

wouldnt the antivrus go off on pc.

yea i thought i had a sure thing, but that happened to me too, it just goes back to the beginning and it never counts down all the way to 60 seconds
