Unfortunately, I haven't. My uncle died, I was disappointed about hearing famous people dying in the news, and I just had another seizure after having had one a little more than 1.5 months ago. I feel so miserable!

Hi. So glad to join the chat and to extend warmest wishes for a great year. I read the posts where some have experienced sickness, personal losses and death within their family. ...my thoughts are with you. Because I am coming from that same area of losses, I really share your hurt. Yet, may I encourage you to believe for another sunny day(the storm will end), believe that the best is yet to come.

I am ok but some of my favorite entertainment died, so sadly. My singers, and my actors (Abe Vigoda) Detective Sgt. Phil Fish on Barney Miller and Alan Rickman. Will miss them.

I was surprised that there was so much focus on the negative and a small percentage of chat on the positive-especially after you handed us a soft, positive pitch! Come on and get happy everyone!  If you are able to type than you are still breathing which means you have your health to be thankful for. Even if you have some health hiccups you can still celebrate being alive. I am sure that I could find plenty of things that were less than optimal in January or 2015 if I wanted to dwell in that direction and bring myself down but I choose to look at the positive. I was able to work out in January. My dogs gave me something to smile about at least once every day. My daughters grades were awesome and my son is working his butt off to improve his grades. Try to think of five positive things that happened to you yesterday and repeat every day as soon as you wake up. For instance, yesterday, I found an aluminum can, had a great night's sleep, was able to exercise for twenty minutes, communicated with my daughter and shared dinner with my wife at work. Good luck in 2016 everyone!
