December 26, National Thank You Note Day!

Do you hand write or do the ecard? Geez I haven't did the thankyou notes in a while. I could do the ecard,  :glasses-nerdy:saying thanks is a good thing lol.  Nice reminder, didn't realize that it could be a family activity because of holiday recesses from school. Have a gr8 day!

I was thinking I need to have my 7 year old write some thank you cards today.

I like to hand write ecard's are so impersonal to me.

Ecards are not so un-personal if you hook an Amazon Gift Card to them. That's what we did for our grandkids in college this Christmas and they loved them.

Not only that, but Amazon sends them in 5 minutes, then sends me an email when they claim them.

So when my granddaughter still hadn't claimed hers by the next day, I sent her a text and found out she hadn't checked her email yet.

I did not realize that Dec 26 is National Thank you Note Day. I thought it was more of "This elf gets to sleep and rest day!"I'm not saying that I'm glad Christmas is over, but it is nice not having the pressure of getting all those gifts finished (I sewed, beaded, crocheted and baked).

Yes I do on occasion write a hand written thank you note which I still enjoy.

I still do hand written "thank you" cards....just not on the 26th this year.  (Not until this Saturday).
