Yuck. I've never had to work on Xmas (knock on wood), but I remember having to work all through Easter weekend one year. We won't be doing much this weekend for Xmas, but next weekend I'll be running karaoke for a friend's NYE party, then we have one Xmas dinner on the 1st, and another Xmas dinner on the 2nd. And then in about a month from now, I'll be celebrating my 40th. So January is looking to be very busy for parties this year!

Happy Holidays!

I am sorry to hear you'll be working. I've never worked on Christmas although mainly because I wasn't in a demanding job that required it. I'm not sure how I'd feel if I had to work. Perhaps if I were working for one of the emergency services I could agree to it. However if I worked in a store, I wouldn't be happy at all if I had to work at Christmas. I guess it depends on how much you value your job. However, what's right for one person isn't right for the next. So, hope you have a good Christmas and a Happy New Year!

I have no plans. My mom and I will stay home and open our gifts and then have dinner later in the day.

It's CHRISTMAS not Xmas, it is to celebrate when Christ was born not the letter X or are you that lazy to spell it out? 8)

We will be celebrating our Christmas today as my husband has to work tomorrow. Just my husband, our 2 youngest sons and I. No big get togethers and I'm okay with that.  :)

I don't plan any thing major for this Christmas. I will attend the midnight mass. When I get home I will give the children their Christmas gifts. Then I will go to bed.
