magnesium
« on: October 11, 2015, 08:22:40 am »
comes in lotion, spray, and flakes for soaking your feet in.
I was getting it by drinking a powder in hot water from a different company.
I think I'll like the switch.
I ordered the flakes and lotion.
I'll alternate between the two options.
It'll be fun instead of a chore, especially soaking my feet.

That's why people used to soak their feet bathe with Epsom salts.  Or add it to the bath. Epsom salt is magnesium and sulfate.  And a box of Epsom salt is cheaper to use than the supplements and lotions.

Wow! My daughter talked me into taking the supplements but I didn't realize all the benefits you all just mentioned.  Thanks for the info.  Good to know that I am on the right track.
